About The Jennifer Ashley Method

Hi I’m Jennifer - Founder of The Jennifer Ashley Method

I’m a mother of four, a wife, a dog mom, a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Registered Yoga Instructor (RYT), and a lifelong adventure addict.


I’ve built my life around strength — in my body, in my mind, and in my standards. My work blends clinical understanding, performance training, and real-life motherhood to help women build sustainable health without burnout.


I don’t believe in extremes.


I believe in structure, resilience, and becoming stronger in every season of life.

Our Mission

The Jennifer Ashley Method exists to help women step out of survival mode and into embodied strength — strengthening their bodies, recalibrating their standards, and building sustainable health from the inside out. 


We empower women to stop shrinking and start becoming, creating long-term metabolic, emotional, and physical resilience through nervous system regulation, identity-level transformation, strategic strength training, and structured support. 


Our mission is to guide women toward aligned lives, disciplined minds, and resilient bodies that not only perform, but thrive — in every season of life.
